The Thing with Two Heads is a 1972 science fiction horror film directed by Lee Frost and starring Ray Milland and Rosey Grier. The story follows the unfortunate fate of a wealthy, racist surgeon named Maxwell Kirshner (Milland) who is dying of cancer and has his head surgically attached to the body of a death row inmate named Jack Moss (Grier) in order to extend his life. The result is a bizarre creature with two heads, each with its own personality and agenda.
